How do I apply for a position at AutoSoft?

To be considered for a new position at AutoSoft, you must first create a personal Profile and attach your resume. Once you have a Profile, you can log in anytime, add jobs to your Folder and submit your resume for consideration for one or more jobs. Some jobs will require you to answer some additional questions about your experience. After you answer these questions, return to the Job Folder and then submit your resume for the selected job(s). Once your resume is submitted for a specific position, a recruiter will contact you if there is a potential match. Once we have your resume, we can also keep you in mind for future openings.

What if the e-mail address I used to create my Profile is no longer active?

At any time you may log in and go to the Change E-mail/Password link to change your e-mail address. This link will only appear when you are logged in. A confirmation will be sent to your new e-mail address.

I submitted my resume for a position, but no one got back to me. What can I expect?

Due to the volume of resumes we receive, it is not possible to follow up in person with everyone who submits a resume for consideration. We do review all resumes submitted for a position and select those resumes that meet the requirements for that position. If you have the skills and experience that match one of our current openings, a member of our recruitment team will contact you within the next few weeks. If your skills and experiences are not a match at this time, we will continue to review your resume against our future openings. If anything in our employment history, education, or personal information should change, please update your Profile.

If I submitted for a position 3 months ago, do I need to put a new resume into the system?

We keep all resumes for an indefinite period, so unless you have had significant change of a name, address, experience or employment, it is not necessary to send us additional copies of your resume for current or future openings. We do encourage you to keep your Profile up to date as you see new positions that match your skills and experience, you may submit your interest for a position by logging in, placing that job in your Job Flolder and submitting your resume for consideration. The system will automatically link your submission with your Profile and resume in our database. This will allow the recruiter for that position to consider you for that specific position. When new positions are posted, our recruiters also run queries against the current database to determine if resumes already in the database match the requirements for the position.

Resumes are automatically matched against our job openings and our recruiters review resumes submitted and search the database daily, looking for matches. Should there be a fit between skills and experience and an open AutoSoft position, a recruiter will contact you.
